How do I apply for licensed home-based child care?

Applying for care should always be with the City of Ottawa Child Care Registry and waitlist. Most licensed agencies are only using this tool as a means for finding families looking for care but it is always good to look at individual agency websites along with applying through the City of Ottawa, as there may be some that are not solely using this tool.
