Welcome to the Ottawa Child Care Network

About Us

The Ottawa Child Care Network (OCCN) is a resource hub for parents enrolling their children in a licensed City of Ottawa centre or home-based child care. The OCCN provides information about the child care process, field expert videos and a group chat for like-minded parents to share their experiences and ask questions.

Are you unsure when to register your child for child care? Are you curious about the child care process but don’t know where to start? This section is for you.

 

Looking for more information about specific situations and Children’s Services?

You should contact the City of Ottawa at childrensservices@ottawa.ca or by phone at 3-1-1 (select option "4"). The department is open from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
